CUPS brings together the forefront of chirality and ultrafast science. It spotlights emerging areas such as attosecond and femtosecond probes of chiral dynamics, chiral nanomaterials and metasurfaces, and structured light for imprinting and detecting chirality. The symposium aims to exchange critical scientific insights across these areas, develop interconnections between them, and spark interdisciplinary collaborations.
The programme will showcase cutting-edge research in chiroptical and structured-light phenomena, including chiral molecules and nanoparticles, plasmonic and metasurface architectures, orbital angular momentum and spin–orbit photonics, and their extension into strong-field, attosecond, and quantum-optical regimes.
